Shipping Costs: For orders under $100 USD, we charge a flat rate of $9.99 USD for shipping. For orders over $100 USD, shipping is free!

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, orders within the continental United States take 3-7 business days to arrive. International orders may take longer depending on your location and customs processing times. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable factors.

Order Changes: If you need to make any changes to your order, including the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
